Lindsay Lohan has been sued over an october 2005 accident in which she crashed her car into a parked van in Beverly Hills.

Lohan has been sued for US$3,624.84 by Florian Loeckle, the owner of the company that owns the van.

Lohan was driving her Mercedes when she hit a vehicle making an illegal U-turn before crashing into the parked van.
