Lenny Kravitz has managed to put in place a smoking ban in a London club for one evening.

Kravitz reportedly told the management of Kabaret's Prophecy that he wanted a smoke-free environment during his time there.

No smoking signs were then put up. Celebrity guests, including Goldie Hawn and daughter Kate Hudson, were requestedd not to light up.

"Lenny doesn't like to make a fuss, but his voice is his livelihood and he's prepared to go to any lengths to protect it," a source said.
