According to SCI FI Channel, Lucy Lawless (Xena: Warrior Princess) will reprise her role as D’Anna Biers in a 10-episode arc in Battlestar Galactica’s third season.

Her character originally appeared in the “Flight of the Phoenix” episode as an investigative journalist doing an expose on alleged crew misconduct that resulted in the death of four civilians.

Production on the third season will begin in Vancouver in April.
