Mischa Barton will be charged with drunk driving and drug possession after her arrest on Dec 27 in West Hollywood.

Barton was pulled over by traffic police after they found that the vehicle she was driving "straddling two lanes of traffic".

Police then determined Barton was driving without a valid license and under the influence of alcohol.

"I'm really disappointed in myself. I'm not perfect and I don't intend to do anything this stupid again," Barton said after the arrest.
