German actress Franka Potente (Run Lola Run, The Bourne Identity) will be in the two-hour season premiere of House.

According to Zap2It.com, Fox confirmed this after news travelled over from Potente's interview with a German news outfit in early July.

Potente had said she'd just finished working on her favourite show, House.

The two-hour season opener will be set in the mental facility that Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) brought Gregory House (Hugh Laurie) to at the end of the previous season.

It is not yet known what character Potente will play in the episode, though.
